UX for Medibank

Medibank-premium-review-webpage07_02

This UX solution was provided to Medibank for their upcoming adjustment of customers cost of premium.
UX design was needed for a high profile webpage for customers learning about the cost of their rising premiums. As rate change creates questions in customers minds, this page was developed to ease customers discomfort and inform the customer on what is going on and why in the clearest way possible. The goal is to retain customers using Medibank insurance.

inform the customer on what is going on and why in the clearest way possible

My aim in the wireframe below was to simplify the reading and comprehension of the complex content provided. Headings, menu items which listed the topics covered, summaries and visualisation of content were all tools used to clearly communicate to the user while retaining their interest.

Frequently asked questions are placed within the pages main content providing even more relevant answers front and centre for customers.
